* You are commissioning a digital artwork. You will receive a .PNG file, delivered via Twitter, Discord, or email.
* I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason, with or without explanation. In such case, a full refund will be issued.
* Please note that my art process is quite slow. My turnaround time is up to 2 weeks, though this may change due to unforeseen circumstances, which I will notify you about.
* I recommend contacting me on Discord @blergg_, I may take longer to respond on other social media platforms -w-💰 Payment
* I will only start the commission after full payment is received.
* Payments are accepted via PayPal or PIX(if you live in Brazil).
* Once the sketch is finished, if the client decides to cancel, I can only issue a 50% refund of the agreed price.🛠️ Progress & Revisions
* I will keep you updated throughout the process at key stages (sketch, lineart, base colors, etc.).
* The artwork will be defined with the client's permission during the draft stage. After this stage, any significant changes will be added to the total price.
* Adding small details or changing the color of any item will not be charged.
* Rush orders will have a $5 fee added to the total price, but they will not take priority over commissions already in progress.🖼️ Copyright & Usage
* I retain full rights to the original artwork.
* You may use the commissioned piece for personal use only (icons, banners, sharing, etc.).
* Do not claim the artwork as your own.
* Use in AI or machine learning is strictly prohibited.
